JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Monitor and report on inventory levels on a regular basis.
+ Perform frequent inventory checks and ensure accurate updates in reports.
+ Coordinate with the Sales Department to process orders for transportation and warehouse handling.
+ Use ERP systems to update, manage, and track product information.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
+ Supervise the receipt, dispatch, and internal movement of goods within the warehouse.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Develop digital media strategies alongside business goals aligned with the vision of Cuckoo Vina for platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google, TikTok…)
+ Create digital content including website articles, social platforms and related field
+ Spread the Cuckoo Vina campaign/message through social media and other online platforms
+ Establish our online presence and keep create brand awareness through suitable trendy activities
+ Improve customer engagement using various marketing strategies
+ Run day to day social media and search engine optimization (SEO-SEM) audits to ensure best practices are being used

JOB REQUIREMENTS

– Proven work experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or relevant role
– Portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred
– Knowledge of basic/advanced HTML and web publishing (CMS)
– Backend familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, Tiki and other marketplace seller center is a PLUS
– Attention to detail & ability to multi-tasking

JOB DESCRIPTION

+ Develop and expand a strategic online network, with a strong focus on TikTok, online distributors, and overseas markets.
+ Plan and implement monthly sales activation campaigns, coordinating creative direction and performance tracking across platforms.

+ Thực hiện kế hoạch Kinh doanh toàn bộ sp Cuckoo: Máy lọc nước

I. Sales Invoice Issuance & Handling Related Issues
1) Issue sales invoices for customers of HCMC branch.
2) Handle any invoice-related discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

1) Prepare and reconcile monthly inventory reports.

VI. Prepare A/R Aging Reports

VII. E-commerce Platform Cost Recognition
