+ Develop and expand a strategic online network, with a strong focus on TikTok, online distributors, and overseas markets.
+ Plan and implement monthly sales activation campaigns, coordinating creative direction and performance tracking across platforms.
+ Collaborate with KOLs (especially TikTok creators) and manage relationships with distributors in Vietnam and SEA countries to support cross-border sales initiatives.
+ Maintain strong operational alignment with KAMs (Key Account Managers) from online platforms to ensure up-to-date information and seamless execution.
+ Leverage various marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and enhance user acquisition.
+ Monitor daily ad performance (onsite and offsite) in collaboration with agencies; identify sales triggers and conduct competitor analysis during key monthly milestones (e.g., D-Day, Mid-month, Payday, Brand Day).
+ Be proficient in managing cross-border platforms including but not limited to: Shopify, Amazon, Tokopedia, Flipkart, Lazada, Shopee, Alibaba, Taobao.
+ Track and report ROI, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded through continual optimization.

– Education: University graduate in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related fields.
– Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in E-commerce, Business Development, or Digital Sales.
– Prior experience at Shopee or TikTok in a similar role is a strong plus.
– Experience in online overseas business development is also highly valued.
– Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and KPIs.
– Languages: Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
– Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management capabilities.

+ Trực tiếp chăm sóc và phát triển hệ thống Đại lý (bao gồm việc đi thị trường, gặp gỡ Đại lý, giới thiệu sản phẩm, tư vấn bán hàng…);
+ Theo yêu cầu hoặc chủ động đề xuất, điều chỉnh chính sách bán hàng, chương trình khuyến mại, marketing của ngành hàng trình Ban Giám đốc phê duyệt;
+ Chủ động kiểm soát và thu hồi công nợ Đại lý được giao phụ trách;
+ Chủ động phối hợp với đại diện của hãng để thực hiện các hoạt động cụ thể nhằm thúc đẩy bán hàng, phát triển hệ thống và xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến sản phẩm;
+ Tham gia các cuộc họp, hoạt động, sự kiện, các khóa đào tạo, tập huấn theo yêu cầu;
+ Mở rộng bán hàng và phủ sóng thành công trên toàn quốc.
+ Theo dõi và đánh giá tiến độ thực hiện các mục tiêu hàng ngày/ hàng tuần và có giải pháp kịp thời.

– Trình độ chuyên môn: Cử nhân

I. Sales Invoice Issuance & Handling Related Issues
1) Issue sales invoices for customers of HCMC branch.
2) Handle any invoice-related discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

II. Inventory Reporting – Goods (HCMC Branch)
1) Prepare and reconcile monthly inventory reports.
2) Ensure consistency between system records and physical stock.

III. Cash Receipt Recognition
1) Accurately record customer payments.
2) Match payments to respective invoices and update receivable balances.

IV. Recognition of Promotions, Discounts, and Supports (if any)
1) Record sales-related deductions including trade promotions, customer supports, and discounts.
2) Ensure proper documentation and timely recognition.
V. Monitor and Control Accounts Receivable
1) Track outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
2) Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve overdue accounts.
VI. Prepare A/R Aging Reports
1) Generate regular aging reports.
2) Analyze overdue balances and propose necessary actions.
VII. E-commerce Platform Cost Recognition
1) Record and allocate costs related to e-commerce platforms such as Tiki, TikTok Shop, and the company’s website.
2) Ensure correct classification and period matching of platform fees and deductions.
VIII. Other Assigned Tasks
1) Support month-end closing and audits.
2) Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
