To create the best experience for customers when purchasing Cuckoo Vina products, we apply the following product return and exchange policy:

I. General Provisions:

• Customers can exchange products for new ones of the same type if the product has a technical defect that cannot be fixed (due to a manufacturing defect).
• Products delivered with wrong information (model, color, etc.) compared to the order.
• Products with defects in design, different from the published quality standards of the manufacturer.
• Products damaged during transportation (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.) must have confirmation from the delivery person at the time the customer receives the goods.

Products can only be exchanged after confirmation from the Cuckoo Vina technical support department and sales department and comply with the following conditions.

II. Conditions of the policy:

1. Regarding time:

From the date of purchase (as shown on the invoice/warranty card/VAT sales invoice), until the date of the request for product exchange.

• Does not exceed 07 days for household appliances, electrical appliances, kitchen equipment.
• This regulation does not apply to water filter elements and air filter elements.

2. Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:

• The product must not have any physical damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, breakage, etc.) excluding cases caused by the transportation process.
• Full carton, foam, etc. (except for products with PVC plastic packaging).
• Full documents such as: VAT invoice, warranty card, delivery note, user manual.
• Full accessories and gifts (if any).

3. In case the above conditions are not met, the decision to exchange the product rests with Cuckoo Vina.

4. Shipping costs, installation, removal (if any)..., customers will be exempt from fees according to the company's regulations.

5. The time for customers to receive the new product is estimated as follows:

• In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: within 03 working days.
• Other provinces: from 03 to 05 working days.
