CUCKOO Electronics Company was founded by Mr. Koo Ja Shin (known as Sunkwang Company).

1998

The CUCKOO brand is officially launched.

2006

Mr. Koo Bon Hak became CEO.

2014

CUCKOO International (Malaysia), CUCKOO's first overseas joint venture company, was founded by Mr. Hoe Kian Choon.

2016

CUCKOO Brunei and CUCKOO Singapore were established.

2017

CUCKOO Indonesia was founded by CUCKOO International (Malaysia) and CUCKOO Electronics (Korea).

2018

CUCKOO Vina (Vietnam) and CUCKOO India was established. Cuckoo brand is officially present throughout the Southeast
