Product Returns Policy

In order to make a difference in the interests of customers when shopping for Cuckoo Vina products, we apply the following return and exchange support policy:

I. General provisions
  • Customers are allowed to exchange new products of the same type if the product has technical problems that cannot be fixed (due to technical errors of the manufacturer).
  • The product is delivered wrong in terms of information, model, and color compared to the order.
  • The product is defective in design, different from the manufacturer’s announced quality standards.
  • Products that are defective in transit (deformed, scratched, stained, cracked, etc.) must be confirmed by the shipper at the time of receipt by the customer.

Products can only be exchanged after confirmation of Warranty Technical Department, Cuckoo Sales Department and compliance with the following conditions:

II. Conditions to apply the policy:
1. Conditions of time:

From the time the customer buys the goods (recorded on the delivery note/warranty note/sales VAT invoice…) to the time of request for a return.

  • Do not exceed 07 days for Household products, Household electrical appliances, Kitchen appliances.
  • This regulation does not apply to water purifier core sets and air purifier core sets.
2. Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:
  • No defects in appearance (scratched, scratched, dented, yellowed, broken …) except for products arising from the transportation process.
  • Full carton packaging, foam inserts … (except for the case of goods with PVC film packaging).
  • There are full accompanying documents such as: VAT purchase invoice, warranty card, warehouse release note, User manual…
  • There are full accessories attached and promotional gifts (if any)…
3. In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to return the goods belongs to Cuckoo Vina
4. The costs of transportation, installation, dismantling (if any) … customers are free according to the company’s regulations.
5. The time for customers to receive new products is calculated as follows:
  • In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh within 03 working days.
  • The remaining provinces from 03 to 05 working days.
