WARRANTY POLICY
I. GENERAL INFORMATION:
1.1. This warranty policy is issued to standardize the procedures and warranty policies of the Company towards customers, aiming to maximize the benefits of customers when purchasing and using products distributed by Cuckoo Vina.
1.2. Build the best warranty service system to quickly and promptly respond to customer requests.
1.3. Guide departments, units, and related individuals to coordinate in implementing Cuckoo Vina's warranty policies correctly.
II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
This warranty policy applies to:
2.1. The main office of Cuckoo Vina Co., Ltd. and the branch of Cuckoo Vina Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City.
2.2. Warranty centers authorized by Cuckoo Vina nationwide.
III. APPLICABLE OBJECTS:
3.1. Supermarkets, distributors, dealers, and customers who purchase Cuckoo Vina products.
3.2. Departments, individuals related to the main office of the Company, and branches nationwide.
IV. APPLICABLE PRODUCTS:
All Cuckoo Vina products are traded and distributed in the following product lines: Household appliances, electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, water purifiers, air purifiers...
V. PAYMENT REGULATIONS AND FORMS:
5.1 Payment by bank transfer to the Company's account before the Company delivers the goods to the buyer.

5.2 The Company accepts cash payment on the condition that the customer commits to paying the delivery person in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Priority is given to delivering orders paid by bank transfer before receiving the goods.

6.3. Warranty conditions
Customers will have free warranty when products and components satisfy the following conditions:
- Customers bring warranty products to branches of Cuckoo Vina LLC or centers authorized by Cuckoo Vina for warranty (except for products with home warranty according to regulations) according to regulations in section (II)
- The product must have a warranty card attached, the machine serial number must match the serial number on the warranty card.
- The warranty card must be within the warranty period and contain full information: model, serial number, customer name, date of purchase... Or documents proving that the product is still under warranty.
- Products are warranted for 12 (Twelve) months from the date of purchase. If the warranty card is lost or invalid, the product is warranted for no more than 18 months from the date of manufacture (the date of manufacture is printed on the product).
- Products are warranted for: 24 (Twenty-four) months from the date of purchase. If the warranty card is lost or invalid, the product is warranted for no more than 30 months from the date of manufacture (the date of manufacture is printed on the product).
· Accessories sold separately, not included with the product:
a. Type of accessories with warranty card: According to the period stated on the card
b. Accessories without warranty card: 6 months from date of purchase.
6.4. Conditions not covered by warranty
The Company's warranty center and authorized warranty center will refuse warranty for products in the following cases:
- The product does not have a warranty seal when first repaired or the seal is torn (showing signs of having been opened)
- Products damaged due to force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, fires, etc.
- Product damage due to incorrect power source, poor electrical connections, contaminated water source, etc.
- The product is used incorrectly according to the instructions or installed incorrectly according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Products that have been changed or adjusted by a third party are not covered by Cuckoo Vina's warranty system.
- The product warranty expires according to the period stated on the warranty card.
6.5. Warranty time
- Maximum warranty time is calculated from the date Cuckoo Vina Warranty Department and Cuckoo Vina Authorized Warranty Center receive the Customer's warranty product.
a) For products with regular warranty:
+ Repair time for household electrical products and water purifiers is usually 02 working days (from the time the Warranty Center receives the product from the customer) but no more than 07 working days.
+ Repair time for high-end household electrical products is 5 working days (from the time the Warranty Center receives the product from the customer) but not more than 15 working days. Applicable nationwide. (High-end products are products with locked codes, products that are difficult to repair, replacement parts are not available on the market...)
+ For products sent from provinces, it is 5 working days (from the time the Warranty Center receives the product from the customer) but no more than 15 working days.
b) For special products:
+ In case of warranty handling outside the above commitment period, if it is not handled immediately at the committed time, the After-sales Service Department will propose a handling plan to the customer as follows (Asking the Board of Directors for permission to lend the product, replace it or return the product...)
6.6. Cases of renewal or withdrawal
- Cases of debt renewal or reduction:
The product has a technical defect within the warranty period but beyond the repair time specified in section 6.5 and the Company cannot repair it or does not have replacement parts.
- Cases of debt collection or deduction:
Products with technical defects must be recalled according to the decision of the Manufacturer/Company.
+ Re-import rate for new unsold products with full accessories: 100% of product value.
+ Return rate for new products, unsold but dented, broken... due to transportation: 85% of product value.
+ Return rate for used products (warranty period not expired): 70% of product value.
6.7. Cases can’t be warrantied:
- In cases where the product is out of warranty or damaged not due to manufacturer error, the Customer Service Department will charge the repair fee based on the Company's listed price list.
