1. General Provisions:

- Goods will be delivered with standard packaging. If you require any specific packaging, you agree to pay for any additional costs incurred.

- In case the package is damaged and the product is broken due to transit, Cuckoo Vina will refund the value of the damaged goods.

2. Checking the goods upon receipt

- Cuckoo Vina does not support checking the goods upon receipt. Customers should carefully check the packaging of the product, if the packaging of the product shows signs of damage (torn/dented/wet/open), is no longer "original", or you suspect that the goods inside are damaged, please refuse to accept the goods.

- Customers should record videos and take pictures of the package when opening the package as evidence to serve the complaint process (if any).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

- Cuckoo Vina supports cash on delivery for orders in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

- For orders in other provinces, Cuckoo Vina currently does not support this form of payment.

4. Delivery time:

- Within Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi: delivery time from 1 to 2 working days

- Outside Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi: delivery time from 1 to 3 working days

- Other provinces: delivery time from 3 to 7 working days
